Payment Terms – Stress-Free Booking

At Slumber Stardust, we make celebrating effortless! To secure your date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before your event to ensure everything is prepared to perfection.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you need to cancel, we will issue a full refund (minus a $50 admin fee) as long as no customized or non-refundable items (such as fresh flowers, custom decor, or specialty orders) have been purchased.

• If expenses have already been incurred for your setup, those costs will be deducted from your refund.

• Last-minute cancellations (within 7 days of your event) are non-refundable but may be eligible for a one-time reschedule, based on availability.

We understand that surprises and special moments can’t always be planned far in advance, so if you’re booking within 7 days of your event, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Hotel & Airbnb Access – Seamless Setups, Effortless Surprises

Planning a romantic getaway, birthday surprise, or special occasion at a hotel or Airbnb? We take care of everything to ensure your setup is stress-free and magical.

🏨 For Hotel Setups:

• Please notify the hotel in advance that a room decorator will be arriving.

• We will check in with the front desk, provide identification, and gain access to your room.

• You’ll receive a text message when we enter the room and another when your setup is complete.

• After finishing, we will return your room key to the front desk so everything is ready for your arrival.

🏡 For Airbnb Setups:

• If your setup is at an Airbnb, please inform your host that a decorator will be accessing the space.

• On the day of your setup, we will contact you for entry details or the lockbox code.

• You will receive a text notification when we begin and another once the transformation is complete.

We work quickly and discreetly to ensure your surprise remains just that—a magical moment waiting to happen! ✨

Liability & Safety – Enjoy the Magic, Stay Safe

We want your experience to be as enchanting as possible, but safety is always a priority.

🚨 Please Keep in Mind:

• Rose petals can stain when exposed to body heat or moisture, so we recommend avoiding direct contact to prevent marks on bedding or clothing.

• Rose petals can be slippery, so please use caution when walking around decorated areas.

• If your setup includes real candles, be mindful of their placement and avoid stepping near them.

Cleanup Policy:
Unless prearranged, cleanup of all decorations is your responsibility. If your hotel or Airbnb imposes any cleaning fees, those costs will be your responsibility.
